I am Chris Lucian, part of the team who started Mob Programming at Hunter Industries in 2011. 4 years after starting Mob Programming Hunter Industries merged other teams into the mob due to its unprecedented success. Today we are working with 24 people in 6 full time mobs. Each summer we take on 8 interns and expand the number of Mobs. This talk will be about our practices as they are today and how the past influenced their growth. I am happy to answer questions during the talk depending on where the interest is from the audience. I will talk about Mob Programming as a practice as well as what we did to scale using a flat department structure.
